MICHALA TAYLOR
Michala is a contemporary abstract artist based in South Carolina. A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, she currently resides in Anderson, South Carolina, with her husband, Austin, and their two children.
Art and creativity have been integral to Michala's life for as long as she can remember. For her, creating is both a meditative practice and a spiritual connection. Through the tactile process of making art, she finds solace and purpose. Her work emerges from the quiet interplay of ink and paper, capturing emotions, thoughts, and spiritual truths in a tangible form. She views the act of creation as a transformative and often underappreciated kind of magic.
Outside of her artistic practice, Michala cherishes moments spent enjoying coffee with her husband, exploring the world with her children, traveling to inspiring landscapes, and engaging in hands-on creative hobbies.
